1. General

HWScenes is an online store specializing in diecast cars, collectibles, diorama accessories, and related products. By using our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Information

  • We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate.
  • Due to lighting, photography, and screen settings, actual product colors may vary slightly.
  • Minor manufacturing imperfections on diecast models or packaging are considered normal and are not treated as defects.
  • In case of any manufacturing defect, we are not liable or answerable for it; such cases will be treated as cancellation of the order.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown during checkout.
  • We provide the best prices and ensure a fair deal. We do not offer discounts, bargaining, or additional promotional offers. Any requests for discounts on social media or otherwise will not be entertained; only genuine buyers will be welcomed. Promo codes, if any, will only be applicable if issued by HWScenes itself.

4. Order Confirmation

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment or advance payment confirmation for pre-orders.
  • Orders and pre-orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, so customers are advised to make careful decisions before purchasing.
  • HWScenes reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or any other valid reason.
  • In case of pre-orders or advance payments, the remaining balance must be cleared within 15 to 25 days. If there is no response or payment within this period, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued for any advance amount paid.

5. Payment

We accept secure online payments through our approved payment partners. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available under any circumstances.

6. Shipping

  • Shipping charges are fixed and applicable pan India, which include shipping, handling, and packaging charges, and cannot be removed or waived under any circumstances.
  • Orders are processed as quickly as possible after confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service and destination.
  • Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details.
  • After the order is handed over to the shipping company, HWScenes is not responsible for any delays, misroutes, or delivery issues caused by the courier service.
  • Lost shipments will be the responsibility of the shipping company, and necessary claims will be handled accordingly.

7. Packaging Condition

We take great care in packaging every order. We do our best to ensure that you receive no damaged products; all packaging is done carefully with proper inspection.

However:

  • Slight wear, soft corners, or minor creases on product packaging may occur during manufacturing or shipping.
  • Such cosmetic packaging imperfections are not eligible for replacement unless the product delivered is incorrect.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
  • Replacement will only be provided if the wrong product is delivered.
  • No claims will be accepted for damage in transit, as responsibility lies with the shipping company once the parcel is dispatched.
  • Any issue related to wrong product delivery must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
  • Products must remain unused and in their original packaging for any replacement approval.

9. Cancellation

Orders and pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, under any circumstances; however, if a minor aged below 15 places an order without their guardian's permission and the guardians request cancellation, the order may be cancelled after proper verification.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information.
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
  • Carefully inspecting the package upon delivery.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, logos, graphics, product photographs, and the HWScenes name, are the property of HWScenes and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

HWScenes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

13. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for processing orders, providing customer support, and improving our services. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
